Our customers can rely on our dealers’ expertise and aftersales support as the service technicians are directly trained by Baoli EMEA. They provide professional services and support in their local language throughout the EMEA countries. To ensure an excellent technical condition, every forklift truck shipped to European customers from the central warehouse in Rolo, Italy, goes through an initial service check-up.

Baoli runs one of the largest spare parts warehouses of our industry in Europe, located in Brno, Czech Republic. A 16,600 square metre spare parts warehouse ensures the availability and fast delivery of almost any spare part to anywhere in Europe, backed up locally by our warehouse in Dublin.
